6.4 Force Majeure

jjljl5 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or pandemics. 7. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your jjljl5 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. After eighteen (18) months of inactivity, jjljl5 may close the account and transfer remaining funds to an unclaimed property account in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the jjljl5 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any legal disputes.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the jjljl5 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jjljl5's internal complaint resolution process. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and be presided over by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

8.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring any claims against jjljl5 in your individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Both parties expressly waive the right to participate in class arbitrations or class actions. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be void, and disputes shall be resolved in court.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and jjljl5 regarding your use of the Platform.
